BPM Software Leader Expands Direct Presence in Central Europe

Reston, Va.— August 15, 2013 —Appian, the market leader in modern business process management (BPM) software, today announced the opening of its new Frankfurt, Germany regional office. Local Appian sales and services personnel will directly support Appian’s current customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and will help meet the increasing demand for Appian’s worksocial platform throughout the region.

Dirk Pohla is Managing Director of Operations for the new office. Mr. Pohla brings more than 10 years of experience in delivering high-value BPM programs. The Frankfurt regional office reports to Appian Europe Limited, Appian’s regional headquarters based in London. Appian Europe has experienced tremendous growth since its establishment in 2007.
