- Phil Merrell, Chief Information Officer at AIM Specialty Health, a subsidiary of Anthem, will be taking the mainstage Wednesday, April 25 at 9:00 am. He'll be discussing his experience using Appian to transform healthcare and technology, both at AIM and previous healthcare organizations, to streamline health plans and how they can best interact with providers. His work highlights how Appian can be used to lead provider excellence programs throughout the healthcare payer space.
- Ingolv Urnes, Founder & Director at psHEALTH will sit down to discuss the pressures involved with delivering better healthcare at lower costs, an issue being handled across the globe, on Wednesday, April 25 at 1:30 pm. This case study presentation will highlight how building their Advanced Referral & Triage application on Appian, including using Robotic Process Automation, has resulted in better and faster decision making and reduced manual processing. This session will wrap up with a fireside chat.
