SOC’s Personnel Information and Resource System (PIRS) allows them to provide comprehensive personnel lifecycle management for resources supporting missions for the DoD, DoS, and other entities. Centered around the Appian platform, PIRS increases efficiency, transparency, and capability by replacing a multitude of disparate external systems into a single portal to handle recruiting, training, compliance, and other aspects of personnel lifecycle. Built with a platform mindset, this system leverages common components to adapt quickly to changes in customer requirements, ensuring minimal disruption to customer success, as well as faster on-boarding of new customers across different agencies.
