Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is responsible for the prosecution of all serious offences committed against the laws of the State on behalf of the people of NSW. Previously, its 950 staff members were reliant on an outdated, on-premises bespoke matter management system. Brendan talks to Appian's Kal Marshall about the new web-based application, which has not only replaced the old system but also transformed the business operations to a more modern and efficient way of working.
