Australian Unity, founded in 1840, is one of Australia’s oldest mutual companies and operates in the areas of Health, Wealth, and Care, employing around 8,000 employees. Michael McGavigan talks to Appian's Pascal Allix about Australian Unity's journey with Appian, starting with their first Appian project which was deployed in eight weeks. So far Australian Unity has achieved ~80% STP, decommissioned four legacy platforms, as well as saving 3,000 hours in processing time.
