New Appian BPM Suite Customers
Organizations around the world continue to turn to the unique worksocial capabilities of the Appian BPM Suite. Appian tightly integrates proven process management leadership with innovative social collaboration, native mobility and portable cloud deployment. The result is real and measureable business value through efficient operations, effective decisions and engaged customers.

In 2012, Appian continued to prove itself the innovation leader in the BPM industry. Appian 7 is the most advanced, yet easiest-to-use platform on the market. It expands the boundaries of BPM, deeply integrating social and mobile capabilities to drive participation in more effective business processes, and faster, more informed business decisions. Appian 7 provides the enterprise-wide platform organizations need to integrate social and mobile technologies into new and intelligent business processes that drive internal efficiency and exceed customer service expectations.
Appian opened a regional headquarters in Australia, in addition to its Appian Europe headquarters in London and global headquarters in the U.S. Appian expanded its direct market presence with new offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Paris. Appian also extended its global reach further through growth of the Appian partner eco-system with new partners trained on the Appian platform across Western Europe, Asia-Pacific, and into Latin America.
Appian was positioned in the “Leaders” quadrant by Gartner, Inc. in the 2012 “Magic Quadrant for Intelligent Business Process Management Suites” (Gartner, Inc. “Magic Quadrant for Intelligent Business Process Management Suites, 2012” by J. “Social and mobile along with cloud present massive business opportunities, but only if they are tightly integrated with the enterprise data and business process that run the organization,” said Matt Calkins, president and CEO of Appian. “Appian continues to grow rapidly because our worksocial platform is transformational, and Appian as an organization is committed to the success of each and every customer.”
