We are a non-profit organization that aims to help students with disabilities that require additional assistance during the transition period between high school and college. Each year we receive tens of thousands of requests for specialized equipment, a controlled environment and additional time for exams and we needed a way to automate those.

A BPM platform provided a location to enter these types of requests to initiate assistance. All requests are kept in one easy-to-access location allowing us to track the status and complete necessary processes faster.
With a system like this in place, we have eliminated processing errors associated with manual, paper intensive systems and now have the ability to review requests at a macro or micro level.
