Project management across multiple teams under the triple-constraints of time, cost and scope is an intensive task. Allocation of resources based on availability, assigning tasks, controlling execution, tracking and reporting progress and forecasting future trends are integral steps for our complex multi-team projects.
From a pre-defined set of workflows, the Project Manager selects the one to execute, and picks the team responsible for it. This automatically kicks out a series of tasks as defined by the project workflow. Escalations, dependencies and exception flows control the behavior of these tasks to a granular degree. Based on the level of criticality, the Project Managers and Executive Management team are notified of any delays or bottlenecks to a task. A daily status tracker sub-process also updates the status of all projects on a daily basis. This results in detailed, up-to-date project status reports that we aggregate and place on dashboards.
Significant reduction in the time and costs associated with project management. The project, when represented by a process, becomes an intelligent, dynamic environment. The process delivers tasks, tracks progress against milestones, gives executives rollup reports, identifies bottlenecks, and provides visibility to third parties.
