Ken Porter, Director – Automation & Client Solutions will talk about how MinterEllison developed a Best Practice matter Management system using Appian, a first for an Australian law firm.
With over 3,000 partners and staff servicing government, private and public clients, the firm forecasts the new system will save 42,000 billable hours in 2023.
Genworth uses low-code for digital transformation.
Jeremy Francis, COO Genworth will explain how as a leading provider of lenders mortgage insurance (LMI), Genworth saw value in strengthening its digital transformation through digitally enabled initiatives.
The company chose low-code application development to increase organisational agility, bring existing technologies together and ensure a consistent experience for its customers.
Genworth’s loss management solution was identified as the first opportunity for low-code development, which has resulted in reducing platform operating costs by 50 per cent. Genworth now plans to overhaul more of its applications using the Appian platform.
