I'm going to make a pretty safe assumption that your business is in the process of migrating an increasing amount if its critical infrastructure and services to the cloud. I mean, why wouldn't it? The cost, time and resource benefits are proven. Gartner says that more IT dollars will be spent in the cloud as opposed to behind the firewall as early as 2016. So I'm standing by my assumption.
So, how's that migration going?
I'll make another assumption: moving to the cloud is forcing you to confront some organizational change. Maybe even some organizational push-back. There are always questions, such as:
"How is this really going to help our business be more innovative?"
"What's the expected return-on-investment?" (and the follow-up: "How can you make that bigger?")
"Is this really a safe thing to do?"
