Appian's number one priority is the success and satisfaction of our clients. Delivering transformational value and a superlative customer experience comes down to the quality of our people. That's why our CEO personally interviews every prospective Appian employee, and why our CTO spends 50 percent of his time on recruiting. Once we have brought in the "best of the best" for Engineering, Services, Sales, and all other corporate functions, we need to retain them for the long haul.

We are very gratified to see that our efforts are being recognized. According to Indeed.com, the #1 job site in the world, Appian is the #1 company to work for in the nation in our size category. At the same time (and using a different methodology) the Washington Business Journal has ranked Appian a "Top 20 Best Places to Work" in our category.

Both lists are based on independently-solicited employee feedback. The rankings show that Appian "walks its talk" in regards to our commitment to engendering employee autonomy, rewarding creativity and excellence, and creating a work environment that combines the right mixture of challenge and fun.

By the way, we continue to hire aggressively across the organization to meet the global demand for the Appian platform, and to continue pushing the boundaries of what our worksocial software delivers. If Appian sounds like the right place for you, visit Appian Jobs and reach out to us.

We would love to hear from you!
