British company to train and enable young graduates for a career in IT

London — December 12, 2022 — Appian (Nasdaq: APPN), a low-code and process automation leader, welcomes Tracxe Limited to its growing global Appian Education Partner Program. Based in the United Kingdom, Tracxe trains and enables young graduates from diverse educational backgrounds for employment as entry-level technology professionals to supply new talent and bridge the IT skill gap.

According to a new study from Appian, “From Boom to Bust: Why Empowering Developers is Vital for Business Innovation,”  more than four-fifths (85%) of respondents in the UK say the past two years have sharply accelerated their company’s focus on IT-driven business transformation. Tracxe (pronounced as Tracks) specialises in creating not just technical capability but business competency in new talent. Through its academy and instructor-led programmes, Trace aims to address tech skills shortage and supply the market with IT talents.

"We are very excited to be an education partner of Appian,” said Sagar Lodha, Director of Tracxe. “Our trainers have decades of experience working on and with Appian. Through this partnership, we strongly feel that we will be able to deliver value through our trained consultants to both Appian and our customers. We are seeing great demand for skilled Appian consultants and Tracxe is enabled to help bridge the gap between demand and supply."

Tracxe will recruit, train, certify, and place new graduates from its established network of Universities across the UK. Once certified and placed as associates, they will support Appian’s customers and partners globally as competent consultants. Specifically, Tracxe offers these services:

  • Recruit: identify demand to recruit the right talent from universities for the appropriate technology and project.

  • Train: provide a structured blend of learning and training development with hands-on experience in 8 weeks.

  • Certify: help talents complete The Appian Certification Program to ensure technical competency.

  • Deployment: place certified and ‘project-ready’ talents to engagements to continue their learning and development on enterprise projects.

“As Appian continues to grow our global footprint and partner ecosystem to service our customers, having education partners like Tracxe is important in identifying, enabling, and placing high-quality candidates on Appian projects,” said Americo Mazzotta, VP of Customer Success EMEA and APAC at Appian. “We welcome Tracxe to the Appian community and look forward to them adding value for our customers.”
